CFTE: What motivated you to learn about Open Banking & Platforms?
Karan: I have been following various developments around Open Banking and Platforms and it fascinates me how the lines between the industries are getting blurred. Open Banking is opening new avenues for innovation in Payments, Credit Scoring, Financial Inclusion and beyond Banking. My motivation was to get a deeper understanding of the subject, regulations and potential use cases in the industry.
CFTE: What did you enjoy the most about the course? How have you been able to implement what you learned?
Karan: I enjoyed the whole structure of the course. The way stepping-up, in terms of complexity of topics, happens is commendable. But what I liked the most is that all the courses are led by industry experts. This establishes credibility and builds a strong foundation to move ahead. Also, the cherry on the top is the Expert Talks after each course. My current organisation has already embraced concepts of Open Banking across different products that we offer and I have been able to apply my learning accordingly.
