London, UK – April 1, 2023 – The Centre for Finance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (CFTE), the global platform renowned for its fintech expertise, has announced a paradigm-shifting decision to adopt an AI-first strategy and cease human hiring. Having already developed the award-winning “AI in Finance” certification, CFTE is well-positioned to leverage artificial intelligence to transform financial education on a global scale.
In light of this announcement, CFTE will change its motto from “In a Tech World, we Bet on People” to “In a Tech World, we Bet on Tech,” reflecting the company’s commitment to pioneering AI-driven solutions for the future of finance and education.
Stephan Murer, former group CTO at UBS and AI professor at Oxford said, “It is only consequent of CFTE to go all the way and have its full business operated by robots, given that CFTE has a long term reputation of teaching an excellent AI in finance course. There is always a risk of being too early for a first mover. However, I am confident that CFTE is well prepared for the move and that students will accept the new way of education readily“
Tram Anh Nguyen, Co-founder of CFTE, added, “This bold decision showcases our commitment to staying ahead of the curve and driving innovation in the fintech space. By going AI-first, we can better serve the needs of our global audience, ensuring that professionals and organizations have the skills they need to excel in the digital age.“
Janos Barberis, Co-founder of SuperCharger and a previous senior lecturer on a CFTE course, commented, “Having been deep faked in a CFTE course before, I must admit I’m both amazed and concerned by the potential of AI. With CFTE’s new AI-first strategy, it should remind us that if we let machine do the learning, we wont be left with work. Now is the best time to invest in your education“
Huy Nguyen Trieu, Co-founder of CFTE, stated, “We calculated that with a subscription to ChatGPT4, MidJourney and Copy.ai, we can execute 87% of the tasks of a human for 6% of the cost. This is therefore a no brainer, although of course it’s not the same working with an AI than a person. “
Mark Johnson, a current employee at CFTE, expressed relief: “As someone who’s been with CFTE for a while, I’m glad to still have my job during this transition. I look forward to working alongside AI and seeing how this bold move shapes the future of financial education.“
Lex Sokolin, head of research at Consensys, and Expert at CFTE said: “I am excited to be uploaded into CFTE’s machine learning server farm as an algorithm and provide even more buzz-word driven thematic content. The disintegration of my physical body to achieve synthesis is a small price to pay for AI immortality.”
CFTE’s AI-first approach will set the stage for the creation of a more efficient, personalized, and accessible learning environment that caters to professionals and organizations worldwide. This transformative decision highlights CFTE’s dedication to empowering individuals and businesses to navigate and excel in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
Some employees feel that stopping human hiring is not the right direction for CFTE, and decided to return to work at more traditional organisations.
