| CFTE joined the UK’s biggest and most exciting conference in Fintech, the Innovate Finance Global Summit 2022, where Tram Anh Nguyen and Huy Nguyen Trieu shared their insights on access to Fintech talent and the new possibilities of the Metaverse. The summit held from 4th-5th April 2022 took place at the Guildhall in the City of London and brought together innovators, institutions, regulators to policy-makers, startups and investors to one place. CFTE was delighted to join the Innovate Finance Global Summit 2022 (IFGS2022) last week from 4-5th April, at the historic Guildhall in the City of London, alongside the brightest and best from the UK FinTech scene to discuss and debate the crucial issues facing the sector and beyond. IFGS 2022 convened industry leaders ranging from innovators, institutions, regulators to policy-makers, startups and investors in one place. The agenda shed light on the global FinTech ecosystem, with an increased focus on the key areas that are enhancing, empowering and ensuring that FinTech and Financial Services are sustainable and inclusive to all. Tram Anh Nguyen, CFTE’s Co-Founder and Winner of Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist 2021, continued to share her vision of improving accessibility to a skilled workforce and ending the talent war in Fintech at IFGS 2022. She joined the panel discussion on “Access to Talent” to share what it takes to upskill and reskill people for governments and companies and the opportunities that Fintech offers for people who wish to get into the industry by highlighted research from CFTE’s recently launched Fintech Job Report. |
| Tram Anh joined the discussion alongside experts from the industry including, Parveen Dhanda, Ecosystem Director, Innovate Finance, Parveen Kaur, Head of Operations, Lloyd’, Matteo Rizzi, Co-Founder, FTSGroup.eu and Fintech Job Report Contributor, Maria Scott, CEO, TAINA Technology Limited. Huy Nguyen Trieu, CFTE’s Co-Founder also took to the stage with Sophia Bantanidis, Future of Finance Analyst at Citi, to discuss the developments, trends and opportunities around the Metaverse. The discussion highlighted research from Citi’s report on ‘Metaverse and Money’ that was released in March 2022. Huy Nguyen Trieu is also an expert contributor to the report, where he shares insights based on his research of CFTE’s Real Estate in the Metaverse Report. |
