Abu Dhabi, UAE – [May 2nd, 2025] — The Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE), a global leader in workforce transformation for the digital economy, is proud to announce the High-Performing Organisations GCC Tour, a three-city executive series designed to support governments, regulators, and employers in building high-performing institutions for the AI era.
The Roadshow will take place across Dubai, Bahrain, and Riyadh between 13 and 21 May 2025, with senior-level sessions hosted in collaboration with national training and regulatory bodies:

Led by Huy Nguyen Trieu, Co-founder of CFTE and author of The AI-fication of Jobs, each session will engage policymakers, financial regulators, public-private leaders, and transformation executives in a working discussion on how to operationalise AI-readiness within large institutions.
“The institutions that lead in the AI era won’t just adopt new tools — they will redesign how they think, operate, and develop talent,” said Huy Nguyen Trieu.
“This Roadshow is about building that capacity in the MENA region — fast, practically, and at scale.”
A Strategic Forum for National and Institutional Leadership
Unlike traditional conferences, each Roadshow session is a closed-door strategic forum. Rather than panels or presentations, participants will take part in high-level discussions focused on:
- How AI is changing the systems that define institutional performance
- Frameworks such as the Performance Hexagon and CDE Innovation Prism to evaluate and accelerate workforce readiness
- Insights from CFTE’s global advisory work with governments, central banks, and regulatory authorities
This initiative comes as MENA institutions face growing urgency to align talent, technology, and leadership around AI-driven innovation, national strategies, and global competitiveness.
