London, Singapore, October 17 – The Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) returns to Singapore Fintech Festival 2023 – organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Elevandi and Constellar – as an official Knowledge Partner for the second time.
- CFTE, along with policymakers, financial institutions and tech companies, will address the problem of the skill gap within the financial services industry.

Following the success of 2022, CFTE returns to the festival as a Knowledge Partner once again to support the participants and institutions to acquire the new skills in financial services. CFTE co-founder Tram Anh Nguyen to host the day two of the Talent Stage at SFF 2023
Tram Anh Nguyen will be hosting panel discussions at the Talent Stage at Singapore Fintech Festival. The focus of the Talent Stage is to explore the future of fintech talent & careers from the perspective of policymakers, organisations and professionals.
Speakers will address the skill gap of the workforce in fintech and the role of the government in accelerating knowledge across countries. In addition, attendees will gain a chance to learn what skills and qualities are needed to succeed in fintech.
CFTE and Elevandi to launch a unique course on “Rearchitecting the Financial System”
Digital assets and digital public goods are fundamentally reshaping the future of the monetary system architecture – and it’s one of the main topics of SFF 2023.
With this in mind, CFTE and Elevandi are co-launching an online course on “Rearchitecting the Financial System” aimed to support financial professionals in banks, governments, and regulatory bodies with the skills to navigate the future of finance.
From stablecoins and CBDCs to payment linkages and tokenized deposits, this course will be taught by Singapore Fintech Festival’s world-class speakers.
CFTE co-founder Huy Nguyen to hold a workshop at SFF 2023: “Decoding Blockchain and Digital Assets”
Huy Nguyen will decode blockchain and digital assets technology in a workshop at the Talent Pavilion at SFF 2023 on 16 November 2023.
Attendees will delve into the world of blockchain within the financial services industry, successful digital assets projects and the use of taxonomy within the technology. Careers in blockchain and digital assets are to be discussed too, highlighting soft and hard skills of the greatest importance in the field.
CFTE co-hosts a roundtable on new skills in an AI world with British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore
Chaired by CFTE co-founder Tram Anh Nguyen, the discussion will host policymakers, c-level executives and unicorn founders to address the topic of new skills in the world of AI. The invite-only discussion will result in a report being published on its findings and will contribute to the talent acceleration in the fintech industry. This event comes as a continuation of the first roundtable chaired by CFTE at SFF 2022.
