To spearhead transformation in a business landscape that is ever changing, innovation is the only constant. Organisations have been picking up on these signals and are on the lookout for new ways to harness the power of innovation in their daily functioning. The realm of financial services is picking up speed on this front as well. This means jobs are becoming more agile and innovation-driven and people need to do more than just the status quo to get ahead in the game. Here’s where intrapreneurship comes in. By harbouring entrepreneurial thinking within an organisation’s ecosystem, intrapreneurship has the capability of turning dreamed-up ideas into actionable products, services and strategies.
