His insights into transforming the Wealth Business through the strategic use of technology as an enabler and using customer and employee experiences as the main drivers was the focus of the engaging discussions that ensued.

 

Jitendra discussed his journey from technical project manager to product management to wealth management at DBS Bank, emphasising the importance of end-to-end customer journeys and employee experiences. He highlighted the gap in wealth management, with only a small fraction of Asian assets invested in stocks compared to almost half in the US. A key point was the guiding principle that technology should enable solutions rather than drive them, focusing on simplifying processes and addressing inefficiencies present in existing processes to unlock significant productivity and efficiency gains.

In addition to continuing her leadership at CFTE, Tram Anh will bring her passion to build collaboration with the community to foster innovation and growth between Singapore and the UK’s thriving and dynamic financial services and fintech sector, furthering its mission to foster dialogue, promote collaboration in Singapore’s financial and fintech sectors. Tram Anh’s new role enhances the connection between UK and Singapore’s mission of inclusion in the new digital age of finance, united by a vision to drive inclusive growth and innovation across the industry.

Championing Inclusivity in Fintech

A trailblazer in up-skilling the finance and technology industries, Tram Anh co-founded CFTE in 2017, a global platform designed to bridge the skills gap in financial services and fintech through education at scale. Her work has been instrumental in creating transformative programs that empower professionals with cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
