The Financial Practitioners FinTech Training Programme, consisted of 32 sessions with over 2000 registrations from 49 financial institutions in Hong Kong around topics such as Fintech, RegTech, InsurTech, Data and Bigtech amongst many others.
Last Thursday 5th of November marked the culmination of the “Cyberport Financial Practitioners FinTech Training Programme”, which we celebrated with the largest Virtual Graduation Ceremony during Hong Kong’s Fintech Week!
Over the past year, CFTE has had the pleasure of partnering up with Cyberport Hong Kong to lead this up-skilling programme, with the support of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and FSTB. Due to the current global pandemic, the entire programme had to be switched from offline to online in a very short time-frame, whilst still maintaining a high engagement and satisfaction of all participants.
This programme aimed to deepen financial practitioners’ understanding of Digital Finance, enriching their knowledge and providing them with the skills and tools needed to promote the adoption of innovative technology solutions in their organisations, thereby fostering the digital transformation of the entire industry in Hong Kong.
These curated series offered participants an opportunity to learn from CEOs and Founders of international Startups and thought leaders at the fore-front of the transformation of the industry.
